The COMANAGE course on Energy Communities: Everything you need to know

The COMANAGE training platform on energy communities has been officially accessible since June. But why should you register and what does it involve?

The training platform gives citizens and public administrations the opportunity to acquire the basic knowledge needed to navigate the world of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs). The course provided by the platform offers a general guide regarding the concept, principles, and operations related to Renewable Energy Communities, created with input from national and international experts in the field.

It is available in five languages—Catalan, English, Italian, Polish, and Spanish—ensuring that the content always aligns with the national context in question.

Accessing it is very simple! By clicking this link, you will find yourself on the main page, which will direct you to the course in various languages. At this point, you just need to select your preferred language and sign up, and you’re all set! How does the course work? The program consists of pre-recorded video lessons divided into 5 modules covering the following topics: introduction to RECs, technical tools, financial tools and models, legal and administrative tools, and tools for participation and dissemination. At the end of each module, you can take the related test to verify the knowledge you’ve acquired.

However, it is not necessary to pass one module’s test to move on to the next, so you can navigate freely and retake the tests as many times as you wish.

Once you have completed the entire program and passed all the tests with a minimum score of 75%, you can obtain the COMANAGE certificate and share your achievement on LinkedIn!

Would you like to get an idea of the course content? You can freely access the first lesson on YouTube and the introductory video!
